LL Enterprise Service Platform Privacy Agreement
Beijing LLvision Technology Co., Ltd. And/or its related parties (hereinafter referred to as “LLvision”, “we”) respect and protect your personal data, and will treat these data with high diligence and prudent obligations. When you visit and use LL Enterprise Service Platform (hereinafter referred to as “ARISE”) and other services provided by LLvision we will collect, process and disclose your information in accordance with this Privacy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement"). Through this Agreement, we hope to provide you with a clear picture of how we handle your information to help you understand how to safeguard your privacy.
Please read all the contents carefully before accepting this Agreement. If you cannot accurately understand or disagree with any content of this Agreement, please do not access or use ARISE or any other services provided by LLvision. Your confirmation by clicking on the web page, actual use of ARISE or other services provided by LLvision, etc. all indicate that you have read and fully understand the content of this Agreement, and are bound by it.
This Agreement is an integral part of LL Enterprise Service Platform Service Agreement. By agreeing to the LL Enterprise Service Platform Service Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to this Agreement in its entirety.

1. Scope of Application
This agreement shall apply when you use any of our products and services, regardless of whether there is a separate Privacy Agreement for such products and services, and whether you are a trial user or a regular user. Please note that this Agreement does not apply under the following circumstances:
◆ Data collected by third-party services (including any third-party websites) accessed via our products and/or services;
◆Data collected through other companies or agencies that advertise in our products and/or services.
Please note: If you provide your personal data to a third party when browsing the third party's website or using its products and/or services, your information shall be subject to the privacy statement or similar agreement of the third party, and we shall not bear any legal responsibility for any third party's improper use or disclosure of the information provided by you, regardless of whether you log in or browse the above website or software, or whether your use of its products and/or services is based on links or guidance with LLvision. It is strongly recommended that you know and confirm the privacy protection policy of the service provider before using the above-mentioned third-party services.
2. Our Collection and Usage of your Personal Data

"Personal Data" refers to all kinds of data recorded by electronic or other means that can identify the identity of a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person alone or in combination with other data. "Non-personal Identity Data" refers to any information that is related to you but in fact cannot directly or indirectly identify you, including personal data provided in the form of collection, anonymity or alias. You know and agree that data that cannot identify your identity is not personal data.
When we provide products and/or services, we may collect and store the following information about you. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to register as a user of us or to use and enjoy some of the products and services we provide, or to achieve the intended results of the related products and/or services.
2.1. Register an Account
2.1.1. When you create an account or authorize us to create it, you shall provide us with the account name, set and confirm your login password, and provide your mobile phone number or email account in the People's Republic of China. The mobile phone number, email account and account name you submitted are used to receive verification codes when you register, log in, bind your account and retrieve your password, and are also used as one of the contact methods specified by you and LLvision to receive relevant business notices (such as the launch of new products, service changes, etc.).
2.1.2. After you have registered your account, you are free to continue to fill in your information in your account, including (1) your other personal data, such as gender, employer, etc.; (2) contact information, such as address and telephone number; (3) or bind your WeChat and other social accounts. Failure to provide this information will not affect your use of the LLvision General Service. The information in Category (1) you provide in this Article will help us better understand your demand for LLvision service, so that LLvision can promote and introduce the products to you in a targeted manner; LLvision may use the Category (2) information you provide in this Article to popularize, promote products, mail business notices (including bills) or communicate with you for business purposes; LLvision may use the Category (3) information you provide in this Article to send relevant social media notification messages for you.
2.1.3. If you only need to use basic services such as browsing and searching of the LLvision website, you do not need to register our account and provide the above information.
2.2. Serving You
2.2.1. LLvision may require you to provide true identity information for real-name authentication in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and you should provide your true identity information through your account. LLvision provides you with a variety of ways to provide real identity information through your LLvision account, please choose the appropriate way based on your identity attributes. You understand and agree that LLvision has the right to review the authenticity, accuracy and validity of the information provided by you during the real-name authentication, either by itself or by a third party.
2.2.2. We will collect the following information when you use the service:
2.2.2.1. Device Information: We receive and record information about the devices you use (such as device model, operating system version, device settings, hardware and software feature information such as unique device identifiers), location-related information about the devices (such as IP address, GPS location and sensor information such as Wi-Fi access points, Bluetooth and base stations that can provide relevant information) based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use. We may associate the first two types of information so that we can provide consistent service to you on different devices.
2.2.2.2. Log Information: When you use the services provided by our website or clients, we will automatically collect your detailed usage of our services and keep them as relevant weblogs. For example, the content of your search, IP address, type of browser, carrier, language used, date and time of access, and the network records you visited.
2.2.2.3. Support Information for User Accounts: Based on the user's consultation records, troubleshooting records and troubleshooting procedures for user failures (such as communication or call records) generated by your use of LLvision Service, LLvision will record and analyze such information to more timely respond to your help requests and to improve the service.
2.2.2.4. Audio, Video and Photo Information: Refers to the information we collect after obtaining your authorization when you use our specific functions (such as voice assistant, code scanning, photo taking, standard work, remote guidance, etc.). Your refusal to provide such information will only prevent you from using the above functions, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of our products and/or services. In addition, you may turn off the related functions at any time.
2.2.2.5. Location Information: Refers to the information we collect about your location when you turn on the device Location function and use the related products and/or services we provide based on location, including: Your geographic location information we collect through GPS or WiFi, etc. when you use our products and/or services through a mobile device with location function. You may stop our collection of your geographic location information at any time by turning off the Location function, but you may not be able to use the relevant services or functions or achieve the intended results of the relevant services thereafter.
2.2.2.6. Payment-related Information: In order to help you successfully complete the subscription, unsubscribe and payment and refund of LLvision's paid services, and provide you with customer service, technical support and other services on an ongoing basis during the subscription period, LLvision will require you to provide complete contact information and payment and refund account information.
2.2.3. When we serve you, we will collect, use, store, provide and protect your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this agreement; If we collect your personal information beyond the scope agreed in this agreement, we will separately explain the scope and purpose of information collection to you and collect your information necessary to provide corresponding services with your consent; If you choose not to provide the foregoing information, your use of the corresponding services will be affected.
2.3. Your Information shared by Others
2.3.1. When you use the services of our affiliated companies and partners, they may share your relevant information with us under your authorization;
2.3.2. If you log in or use our services through other associated methods, we will request your personal information from a third party, and we will still request your personal information if we need it but the third party cannot provide. If you refuse to provide, you may not be able to use certain features of our products and/or services properly; If you agree to provide, at this time, you will authorize us to read the relevant information (such as nickname, avatar, etc.) registered with the third party account;
2.3.3. We will use your personal information obtained from a third party after confirming the legality of the source of personal information in accordance with the agreement with the third party and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
2.4. Exceptions with Prior Authorization and Consent
Please note that in the following cases, we do not need to obtain your prior authorization for collecting and using personal information:
2.4.1. Directly related to national security and national defense security;
2.4.2. Directly related to public safety, public health and significant public interests;
2.4.3. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments, etc.;
2.4.4. In order to safeguard your or other individuals' vital and lawful rights and interests such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain your own consent;
2.4.5. The personal information collected is disclosed by you to the public;
2.4.6. Collecting personal information from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;
2.4.7. Necessary to provide you with a product or service in accordance with your requirements;
2.4.8. Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as detecting and handling faults of the products or services;
2.4.9. Other circumstances as prescribed by laws and regulations.
2.5. We hope that the products and/or services we provide you are complete, so we will continuously improve our products and/or services, including technology. This means that our products and/or services may frequently introduce new features and may need to collect new information. If there is a material change or adjustment to the personal information we collect or use, we will notify you in an appropriate manner and may amend the Agreement.
2.6. We store your personal information in the People's Republic of China in accordance with laws and regulations. If cross-border storage is required, your authorised consent will be obtained separately.
2.7. You authorize us to use your personal information while you are using our products and services. If you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete your personal information. We do not require your authorized consent or notice regarding the storage period and handling of anonymised information.

2.8. We use the personal information you submitted and we collected for the following purposes:
2.8.1. In order to provide you with the service, we will send you information, notifications or communicate with you in business, including but not limited to the verification code necessary to ensure the completion of the service and push notifications necessary to use the service;
2.8.2. Used for data analysis to provide you with better quality products and/or services; We understand more about how you access and use our products and/or services to respond specifically to your personalized needs, such as language settings, location settings, personalized help services and instructions, or otherwise to you and other users;
2.8.3. In order to maintain and improve the service and provide you with an information display that is more in line with your personalized needs, we use the information of your service to create a feature model and make a user's portrait, to display and send information and possible commercial advertisements to you, including but not limited to news about LLvision products and marketing activities and promotional information, promotional information of LLvision cooperating with third parties, or other content that you may be interested in. The above information will be clearly marked with the word "Personalized". If you do not want to receive the commercial electronic information sent to you by us, you can reply to unsubscribe by SMS or unsubscribe according to the unsubscribe method provided in the information;
2.8.4. We may design, develop and promote new products and services based on personal information statistics; We keep statistics on our service usage and may share these statistics with the public or third parties, but these statistics do not contain any identifying information about you;
2.8.5. In order to improve the security of your use of the services provided by us and our affiliated companies and partners, ensure the security of the operating environment and identify the abnormal status of your account, protect your personal and property safety or those of other users or the public from infringement, better prevent the security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks and network intrusions, and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or relevant agreements and rules with LLvision. We may use your account information and integrate the equipment information, relevant weblogs and information legally shared by our affiliated companies and partners to judge your account and transaction risks, conduct identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis and disposal measures according to law;
2.8.6. Software certification or management of software upgrades;
2.8.7. Invite you to participate in surveys about or initiate through our products and services. Whether or not to participate will be at your sole discretion and you will choose which information to provide;
2.8.8. For security, legal investigation and other purposes, we may use your data for data aggregation, analysis and mining (including commercial use), but this information is anonymous and cannot identify you.
2.8.9. Report to relevant authorities according to laws, regulations or regulatory requirements.
2.9. If the purpose claimed in collecting personal information is exceeded, or the personal information is used beyond the scope with direct or reasonable connection, we will confirm the agreement according to the requirements of laws, regulations and national standards, and inform you again and obtain your express consent in the form of copy confirmation actions in specific scenarios.
2.10. In order to offer you a better experience, improve our products and/or services or other uses that you agree to, we may use the information collected through one of our products and/or services for our other products and/or services in a collective or personalized manner, subject
compliance with relevant laws and regulations. For example, information collected when you use one of our products or services may be used in another product or service to provide you with specific content or to show you information that is relevant to you rather than commonly pushed.

Please note that unless you delete or withdraw your consent (i.e. deny our collection and use through system settings), all personal information you provide in connection with your use of our products and/or services will continue to authorize our use to the extent consistent with this agreement during your use of our products and/or services. After you cancel your account, we will delete your personal information according to your request or make it anonymous.
3. Our Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
3.1. In order to ensure the normal operation of the website, provide you with an easier access experience and recommend to you content that you may be interested in, we store small data files called Cookie on your computer or mobile device. Cookie typically contain identifiers, site names, and some numbers and characters. LLvision of view can only read Cookies provided by LLvision of view.
3.2. Cookie allow us to store data such as your preferences or paid services on your purchase list. The next time you visit again, we will display the information you need; Or alternatively, LLvision will identify your source site through cookies so that LLvision can track the advertising effectiveness of LLvision.
3.3. We will not use Cookie for any purpose other than the purpose described in this agreement. You can manage cookies based on your preferences, or you can clear all cookies saved on your computer. Most web browsers have the ability to block Cookie. The Help section in most browser toolbars tells you how to prevent your browser from accepting a new Cookie, how to have your browser notify you when you receive a new Cookie, or how to turn off the Cookie altogether. However, if you do this, you will need to change the user settings every time you visit our website. To learn more about how to change browser settings, visit the relevant settings section of the browser you are using. This action may affect your use of our services under certain circumstances.
3.4. In addition to Cookie, we may also use other similar technologies such as website beacons and pixel tags on our websites. For example, the email we send you may contain an address link to the content of our website, and if you click on that link, we will track that click to help us understand your product or service preferences so that we can proactively improve our customer service experience. 4. Our Sharing, Transfer and Disclosure of your Personal Data

4.1.2. We will only share your personal information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific and explicit purposes and will only share personal information necessary to provide the services. 4.1.4. Currently, our authorized partners include the following types: suppliers, service providers and other partners. We send information to suppliers, service providers and other partners that support our business, including the provision of basic technical services, consultancy, analysis and other professional services.
If we share your personal information with any of the above-mentioned third parties, we will strive to ensure that such third parties comply with this Agreement and other appropriate confidentiality and security measures that we require them to comply with when using your personal information, we will investigate their data security capabilities and environment, sign strict confidentiality agreements with them, and share only personal information necessary for a particular use.
4.2. Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except for the following:
4.2.1. Transfer with express consent: After obtaining your express consent, we will transfer your personal information to other parties;
4.2.2. In case of merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation of LLvision with other legal entities, or other situations involving merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation, if personal information transfer is involved, we will ask the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this agreement, otherwise we will ask the company, organization and individual to re-seek your authorized consent.
4.3. Public Disclosure
We will only publicly disclose your personal information under the following circumstances:
4.3.1. We may publicly disclose your personal information with your express consent or at your own initiative;
4.3.2. Or in order to protect the personal and property safety of the users or the public of LLvision Platform and its related parties from infringement, we may disclose your personal information in accordance with applicable laws or relevant agreements and rules of LLvision Platform;
4.3.3. Law-based Disclosure: We may publicly disclose your personal information in the event of a law, legal process, lawsuit, or mandatory request by a government authority.
4.4. Information you Actively Share with Others
4.4.1. You can report search questions, comments, etc. via our website to help more users enjoy more accurate information.
4.4.2. You may use our sharing feature to share your personal information with contacts in your phone's address book and with your specific or non-specific social friends (such as WeChat and Weibo). Please give due consideration to the creditworthiness of the recipients of your information before sharing, and suggest that you review the privacy statements of the social networks or third-party service providers you use to see how they handle your information for prudent decision-making.
4.5. The sharing, transfer and public disclosure of your personal information do not require your prior authorised consent in the following exceptional circumstances where prior authorised consent is required for the sharing, transfer and public disclosure of your personal information:
4.5.1. Related to national security and national defense security;
4.5.2. Related to public safety, public health and major public interests;
4.5.3. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments, etc.;
4.5.4. In order to safeguard your or other individuals' vital and lawful rights and interests such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain my consent;
4.5.5. Personal information that you disclose to the public on your own;
4.5.6. Collecting personal information from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels.
5. Our Protection and Preservation of your Personal Information
5.1. LLvision attaches great importance to your information security. We strive to protect your personal information with reasonable physical, electronic and administrative security measures. Protect personal information from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, repair, alteration, damage, or loss. We will use encryption technology to improve the security of personal information; We use trusted protection mechanisms against malicious attacks; We will deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorised personnel have access to personal information; And we will conduct security and privacy protection training courses to enhance employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.
5.2. We will take reasonable and practicable measures to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information. We will retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in the Cost Agreement, unless permitted by law. Your personal information will be deleted or anonymised after the above-mentioned personal information retention period has expired.
5.3. Please understand that in the Internet industry, due to technological limitations and rapid development, as well as possible malicious attacks, even if we do our best to strengthen security measures, it is not always possible to ensure 100% security of information. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take active measures to protect the security of your personal information, including but not limited to using complex passwords, regularly changing passwords, and not disclosing personal information such as your account password to others.
5.4. After an unfortunate personal information security incident (leakage, loss, etc.) occurs, we will inform you in a timely manner of the basic information and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, your suggestions on how to prevent and reduce the risks at your own discretion, and the remedial measures for you, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations. We will inform you about the incident in a timely manner by mail, letter, telephone, push notice and other means. When it is difficult to inform the individual information subject one by one, we will take reasonable and effective ways to issue an announcement. At the same time, we will also report the disposition of personal information security incidents according to the requirements of the regulatory department.
5.5. We remind you that the Internet is not an absolutely safe environment. When you interact with other users through third-party social software, e-mail, SMS and other information embedded in our website about your geographical location or whereabouts, you are not sure whether the third-party software completely encrypts the transmission of information. Be careful to ensure the safety of your personal information.
5.6. We will take reasonable measures to protect your personal information in the event of the cessation of operations of LLvision products and services, including timely cessation of activities to continue collecting personal information; Notices of discontinuance will be sent to users on a case-by-case basis or announced; And delete or anonymize the personal information held.
5.7. We store the collected personal information of you in the territory of the People's Republic of China. If we transmit the personal information to foreign countries due to business needs in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, we will obtain your consent in advance, inform you about the purpose, recipient, security measures and security risks of the personal information leaving the country, and require the foreign institutions to keep the obtained personal information confidential through signing agreements, on-site verification and other effective measures.
5.8. In order to protect your information, we will take all reasonable and necessary measures to protect your information after collecting your information. For example, in a technology development environment, we use only the information that has been de-identified for statistical analysis; When the research report is made available to the public, the information contained in the report will be de-identified. We store the de-identified information separately from the information that can be used to restore the identification of individuals, ensuring that individuals are not re-identified in subsequent processing of the de-identified information.
6. Your Rights
6.1. Access Right
In principle, you may access your personal information in the following ways:
6.1.1. Account information: You may log in to the LLvision website or the client to query, manage (change, remove) the basic information (basic information) and contact information submitted when using the LLvision service, and carry out account association or identity authentication, etc.
6.1.2. Usage information: You may check the usage record information in our website, client and other services, or you can contact us to delete the information by the way provided at the end of this agreement. We will provide the information after verifying your identity, unless otherwise agreed by laws and regulations;
6.1.3. Other information: If you encounter operational problems during this visit or need to obtain other personal information that cannot be known as mentioned above, you can contact us by the way provided at the end of this agreement, and we will provide it after verifying your identity, unless otherwise agreed by laws and regulations.
6.2. Right of Correction
6.2.1. If you need to change the real-name authentication information of your LLvision account, you need to contact LLvision through customer service, telephone, email and other means, and we will assist you in the corresponding operation.
6.2.2. After verifying your identity and without prejudice to the objectivity and accuracy of the information, you have the right to make corrections or updates to the incorrect or incomplete information. You may make corrections on our website or on our clients, or in specific cases, especially in the case of data errors, submit your application for corrections to us through the contact information provided at the end of this agreement, requesting us to correct or update your data, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations. However, for security and identification reasons, you may not be able to modify some of the initial registration information submitted at registration.
6.3. Right to Remove
You may request us to remove your personal information under the following circumstances:
6.3.1. If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;
6.3.2. If we collect and use your personal information without your explicit consent;
6.3.3. If our handling of personal information constitutes a material breach of our agreement with you;
6.3.4. If we no longer provide you with a product or service.
For security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
If we decide to respond to your request for deletion, we will also notify the entities that obtained your personal information from us at the same time, requesting them to delete in a timely manner, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or these entities obtain your independent authorization.
When you delete information from our service, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the filing system, but we do delete the information when we back up the updates.
6.4. Claim for Copies of Personal Information
If you need a copy of your personal information, you may contact us by the means provided at the end of this agreement. After verifying your identity, we will provide you with a copy of your personal information (such as basic information, identity information) in our services, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
6.5. Right to Withdraw Consent
6.5.1. If you want to change the authorization scope of relevant functions (such as location, address book, camera), you can modify your personal settings through your hardware device, or perform operation processing through the relevant function setting interface in our products or services. If you encounter any operation problems during this process, you can contact us through the method provided at the end of this agreement.
6.5.2. After you cancel the authorization for collection of relevant personal information, we will no longer collect such information and will no longer be able to provide you with the corresponding services mentioned above; However, you acknowledge and agree that, unless you exercise the aforementioned "right of deletion", your actions will not affect our handling and storage of personal information based on your previous authorizations.
6.6. Right of Cancellation
6.6.1. You may cancel your account number by contacting our customer service or by other means we publicize (except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations). Once you cancel your account number, you will not be able to use the services we provide. Therefore, please exercise caution.
In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you or others, we will judge whether to support your cancellation request based on your use of each product we provide. For example, if your paid service period has not expired, we will not immediately support your request and will prompt you to handle it accordingly.
6.6.2. Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, after the account is cancelled, all information in your account will be cleared and your personal information will be deleted according to your requirements. When you are authorized to log into our service through a third-party account (such as WeChat, Weibo, QQ, etc.), you need to apply to a third party for cancellation of your account.
6.7. The Right to be Informed in Advance of the Cessation of Operations of Products and Services
We are willing to accompany you at all times. If some or all of our products and services are forced to cease operation due to special reasons, we will notify you 15 days in advance by sending a letter to the main surface or station of the products or services or by sending you an email or other suitable means to reach you. We will stop collecting your personal information and will delete or anonymize your personal information in our possession in accordance with laws and regulations, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
6.8. Automatic Decision-making of Constraint Information System
In some business functions, we may only make decisions based on non-manual automatic decision-making mechanisms including information systems, algorithms, etc. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to ask us for an explanation and we will also provide appropriate means of emergency response.
6.9. Respond to Your Above Request
For security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
6.9.1. We do not charge for your reasonable request in principle, but we will charge a certain cost for repeated requests that exceed a reasonable limit as appropriate. We may reject requests that are unnecessarily repetitive, require excessive technical means (e.g., require the development of new systems or fundamentally change existing practices), risk the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical (e.g., involve backing up information stored on tape).
6.9.2. Please note, however, that we will not be able to respond to your requests for corrections, deletions, cancellation of information, etc. as required by laws and regulations under the following circumstances:
(a) Directly related to national security and national defense security;
(b) Directly related to public safety, public health and major public interests;
(c) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments, etc.;
(d) There is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;
(e) Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals and organizations;
(f) Involving commercial secrets.
7. Global Transfer of your Personal Data
7.1. Personal information collected and generated during our operations in the PRC will be stored in the PRC, except for the following:
7.1.1. There are clear provisions in laws and regulations;
7.1.2. Obtain your express authorization;
7.1.3. Personal initiative such as cross-border transactions through the Internet.
7.2. In response to the above, we will ensure that your personal information is adequately protected in accordance with this Agreement.
7.3. As we provide our products or services through our worldwide resources and servers, this means that, with your authorized consent, your personal information may be transferred to, or accessed from, foreign jurisdictions in the countries in which you use the products or services.
7.4. Such jurisdictions may have different data protection laws or even no relevant laws. In such cases, we will ensure that your personal information is adequately and equally protected within the PRC. For example, we may request your consent for the cross-border transfer of personal information, or implement security measures such as data de-identification before cross-border data transfer.
8. Update of Agreement
8.1. Our privacy agreement may change.
8.2. We will not reduce your rights under this Agreement without your express consent. Any changes to the privacy agreement will be posted on a dedicated page.
8.3. For major changes, we will also provide more prominent notice (including for some services, we will give notice through website publicity or even provide you with pop-up prompts to explain the specific changes to the privacy agreement), and will reserve a reasonable period for you to consider whether to accept the changes before the changes take effect. By continuing to use our products and services after the new version of the Privacy Agreement and the User Agreement becomes effective, you represent that you have fully read and are willing to be bound by the updated Privacy Agreement and the User Agreement, and you may discontinue use of our products and services if you do not agree to such changes.
8.4. Major changes referred to in this Agreement include but are not limited to:
8.4.1. Our service model has changed significantly. Such as the purpose of processing the personal information, the type of personal information processed, the way in which the personal information is used, etc.;
8.4.2. Significant changes have taken place in our ownership structure and organizational structure. Such as changes in owners caused by business adjustments, bankruptcy mergers and acquisitions, etc.;
8.4.3. Changes in the principal objects of personal information sharing, transfer or public disclosure;
8.4.4. There has been a significant change in your rights to participate in the processing of personal information and the manner in which you exercise them;
8.4.5. When there is a change in our responsible department, contact information and complaint channels responsible for handling personal information security;
8.4.6. When the personal information security impact assessment report indicates that there is a high risk.
